Question: Why do you only have sessions once a month?

Answer: Usually when we are being introduced to something new, if it is given to us all at once, we can't fully grasp it - but if we take it bite by bite, even given to us at one time, but with grace and understanding, we ingest it more. So with each session, you leave with plenty to think about, plenty to mull over, plenty to do so you need a month to get it all in so when you come back for the next session you are ready to jump back in the ring. Mindset is not for the faint at heart and you will be facing some not so pleasant realities - yourself, while in the midst, learning and emerging the beautiful parts of yourself. So you have to come with your sleeves rolled up!
