The SWPBS (School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Matrix) is a tool students, families, community members and staff can use to understand the expected behaviours at Officer Secondary College.

To Matrix explains the OSC expected behaviours. These behaviours support a positive, safe, inclusive and orderly learning environment. The purpose is to create a culture that provides the students with the best chance of personal and academic success.
