The Learning areas include classrooms, the gym, technology areas, open learning areas, libraries, and assemblies.

• Use classroom equipment for its correct purpose.

• Move carefully and orderly into and out of the room, by walking and using the correct doors.

• Follow set safety procedures.

The Outside Areas which include the yard, oval and basketball courts.

• Listen and follow teachers’ instructions.

• Keep your hands and feet to yourself OR Keep your body to yourself.

• Stay on school grounds.

The Common Areas which include the corridors and locker space, canteen, toilets, drink taps and student kitchens.

• Keep to the left on staircases and walkways.

• Walk carefully.

• Wash my hands after the bathroom and before eating.

Travelling safely includes when you are travelling to and from school, and using public transport.

• Follow the road rules as cyclists and pedestrians.

• Wear a helmet (bike / scooter / skateboard riders).

• Keep earphones in pocket while walking or using public transport.

• Stand/sit in the designated spot at the bus stop / train station.

• Get on the bus / train in an orderly manner by Walking when boarding the bus / train and boarding the bus / train one at a time.

The Community includes all public areas such as parks and stores, as well as when we attend excursions and camps.

• Follow venue rules and regulations.

• Follow road rules.
