The Learning areas include classrooms, the gym, technology areas, open learning areas, libraries, and assemblies.

• Listen when others are speaking.

• Speak politely by using an appropriate tone.

• Include others in group activities.

• Immediately follow an instruction given by a member of staff.

The Outside Areas which include the yard, oval and basketball courts.

• Take care of my school environment by picking up any rubbish you see in the yard and walking on paths.

• Give others space.

• Speak politely and use g-rated language.

The Common Areas which include the corridors and locker space, canteen, toilets, drink taps and student kitchens.

• Care for the facilities by leaving them in the same state you found them.

• Wait and use manners. Eg. Please and thank you.

• Make way for others.

• Respect others people's belongings and privacy. Ask to use someone’s property. Return it in the state it was given to you.

This includes when you are travelling to and from school, and using public transport.

• Provide space for others to sit next to you.

• Offer your seat to those with special needs on public transport.

• Use public transport facilities for their correct purpose.

• Use a quiet and calm voice appropriate for the space.

The Community includes all public areas such as parks and stores, as well as when we attend excursions and camps.

• Include and invite peers into activities.

• Follow staff instructions.

• Use community resources, facilities, and equipment for their correct purpose.
