Enrollment is a 2-step process:
Step 1 -- Complete the enrollment form. Once we have received your form, an invoice will be emailed to you shortly.
Step 2 -- Submit payment in order to confirm your child's space in the program.

Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:
If cancellation request is made at least 30 days prior to start of camp, refund amount would be 100% of paid amount less a $25/session cancellation fee.
If cancellation request is made at least 15 days prior to start of camp, refund amount would be 50% of paid amount less a $25/session cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued within 15 days prior to start of camp.
For credit card payments made through ActivityHero, please note that processing fees are non-refundable, so the refund amount would be based on original camp fees.
