The counterpart to Piss Wall, this wall actually smells even more like piss. Identifiable by a large tire embedded halfway in the ground in the back corner, and “WEER” tag. Two trees next to this wall offer good downclimbs for the opposing walls.
Getting there:
Closest wall to the river, opposite side and evil twin to Piss Wall. Walk down to the bayou trail from either side of the silos. It is the obvious tall wall running north to south.
Description: Climb acute dihedral. With good holds and a low topout, it's a good entry point for the otherwise committing dihedral problems of the Silos.
Location: Behind the tire in the way back.
Description: As yet unattempted, but seems doable.
Location: Right of the back corner.
Description: Sister problem to Pissing on the Laundry. Probably the easier of the two, but just as sketchy. Maybe 18-20 feet from the top to the deck, with the retention wall to break your fall. Start at the edge of the retention wall by the “LOE” tag and go straight up on the crack.
Location: Edge of retention wall near the bottom right of Weer Wall.
Description: Low-angle edge by the Bayou trail. Hang off the side and smear, or walk up the exposed arete. Not difficult, but sketchy and tall. Used this as a downclimb but would not recommend it without pads, as the top half is choss, and bottom half is painted over.
Location: Shared right end of Weer Wall, left end of Piss Wall, by the Bayou trail.
