Arabian shedu cats is a crossbreed of finest asian shedu cats and classic ones.

These elegant and athletic creatures have both breathtaking speed and very high stamina. Also, they are very loyal and known for their good, friendly character.

Arabian shedu cats are the most recent branch of shedu cats and they are still not admitted as separate breed by OESR.

They are called “arabian” for the origin of the very first cats of this bright and unique type. This breed is very young and only on it`s way to be acknowledged by breeder`s community.

So far people strive to get very fast, slender, yet harmonic animals with outstanding conformation and speed qualities.

It is okay. Yet you won`t be able to breed your Arabian Shedu to any other Shedu of any type, that also has "Magic Paws 89" in it`s visible lineage. )

HOW TO BREED FOR AN ARABIAN SHEDU

Breeding Arabians is a very involved and labor intensive process and even expensive in some cases if you decide to buy stock or breedings from other players.

There are three 'plans' you can use to try to breed an Arabian Shedu Cat (featured below), but no matter what plan you choose the resulting cubs must also hit all the minimum stats listed to the right of this paragraph to be rolled for a CHANCE at being an Arabian.

!! Additionally, breeding two UNRELATED Arabian fails from the SAME plan (ie. Plan I Fail x Plan I Fail) can also give chances for Arabian cubs to be born!

!! NOTICE: Sub-sequent Breeding of Failed Arabian Attempts will not roll any chance of Arabian. (Ie. Arab Fail x Arab Fail = Arab Fail < this cub cannot be bred for further attempting at Arabian )

STATS NEEDED:

SPEED: 45

SUREFOOT: 35
AGILITY: 30
CONFORMATION: 33
TEMPERAMENT: 25

!! These are minimal requirements. They will change with time, as stats of other cats improving.

NEEDED STAT WILL BE:

(AS OF DECEMBER 2023)

SPEED: 45 ==> 55

SUREFOOT: 35 ==> 45

AGILITY: 30 ==> 40

CONFORMATION: 33 ==> 43

TEMPERAMENT: 25  ==> 35

FAQs

Q.
Is the order of breedings vital? You can`t change it?

A.
The order is vital. However, some pairings (especially in the first gen breeding) can be swapped among each other. But keep in mind that there are other restrictions that may stop your alternative pairing from a successful breeding. Therefore we highly recommend you to stick to the plan that you`ve chosen.

If anything can be changed 100% safely - you will find a remark under the breeding plan step.

For example, the 3d plan, that involves komainu crossbreeding in first generation.

You need to breed:
100% Komainu x 100% Classic heavy shedu* and
100% Asian shedu x 100% Classic slim shedu.
(*You can swap Classic shedus here safely.)

You can go:
100% Komainu x 100% Classic Slim shedu and
100% Asian shedu x 100% Classic heavy shedu.

This will still be legit and safe. And you can find this remark right under this step in the plan.

Q.
CAN I BREED AN ARABIAN OUT OF TWO 'FAILED ARABIANS' ?!

A.
Short answer: yes

- Need to be from the same plan (ex. Plan 3 -> 62.5 / 25 / 12.5) - Need to be unrelated

- Only the **first failed generation** can still create an arab, further linebreeding will NOT result in an arab

Any other breeding will NOT result in an arabian as it would dilute the required traits/builds/percentages. Please note that chances of success for such a breeding are lower than the 'official' attempt with perfect parents.

Q.
I have a cat with proper bodybuild, stated on it`s ref. Yet i know that cat has fenghuang cat in its lineage. And even being a 50/50 Abunai-Qilin it won`t fit in program as starter?

A.
AS STARTER - it will fit. As long as cat has fitting bodybuild and blood percentage (talking here about cat being 100% asian shedu, for example) it will be ok as a starter/

Q.
I have a cat with needed % of asian types blood, yet it`s bodybuild is singtoo!

Would that cat fit in the program as starter?

A.
At this point we do not have singtoo as a bodytype anymore.

Singtoo is considered a mane type. And if your cat is Old-type singtoo you still can use this cat as a starter anywhere where actual bodybuild is not mentioned, as in 3d plan, for example.
