NAMES:
Bloomspirituses are normally named after animals, plantlife, and colors that surround them. More commonly, flower related and marine related names are used.

DESIGN:
A Bloomspiritus usually has long snouts, which are effective in catching their prey: fish. They have tough scales that prevent them from being crushed by water pressure; however, when on the surface for long periods of time, these scales soften. The most noticeable feature of the Bloomspirituses is that they lack in wings, but rather have large, flexible fins. These fins allow them for quick swimming and more freedom of movement as the forests of Sparklingdew are lush and cramped. These dragons also have long fins that start at the beginning of the forehead, then go down to the tail. The fins on the tail seem to represent an axolotl’s. These dragons also have long lures on their heads, which string out from the beginning of the fin sail. Male Blooms usually have larger bulbs on their lures, while the female’s is thinner bulbs. Another difference between males and females is that males have bioluminescent markings on their wrists.

ABLITIES:
Bloomspirituses can swim better than any other tribe, but with this comes their greatest downfall: their lack of wings. However, Blooms have other abilities such as being able manipulate the cells within a plant. With this power, the dragons are able to create new species of flowers (or other plants) based off from another. For instance, the sugarsprout is a tree species that grows only in Sparklingdew created by the Bloomspirituses. Another power that the Blooms have is the ablitiy to summon flowers upon their scales. These flowers can be used to blend in with the lush forests, or to impress other dragons.

The Bloomspiritus were the first group of Seasonvita to come to Asralons, being lead by Queen Violet, Mightyful's most trusted noble. After the discovery of the portal in Prosperitas, there was extreme fear arose -- fear that there might've been something greater than dragons on the lands. Violet and the Bloomspiritus had proven this wrong as the land was peaceful and plentiful.

Queen Violet, the first Bloomspiritus ruler ever, was a violet scaled Seasonvita. She was Mightyful's closest noble, so she was often seen highly of, just like Mightyful. Violet was a courageous, intelligent Seasonvita who had a tough shell. She was seen as a warrior, but also a sweet dragon who loved everyone. Violet had married to a red Seasonvita, King Agama. She became queen when she was 34, but passed away when she turned 201 years old.
Legacy: Many Bloomspirituses throughout history had adopted the name "Violet" in reference to the first queen. It is thought to give the dragonet strength, but also a loving nature.

Queen Beauty, the second Bloomspiritus ruler in history, had red-violet scales with hints of pink on them. She was the daughter of Violet and Agama, and lived up to their expectations. Beauty was a strong Seasonvita with the spirit of a true warrior. Unlike her mother, she had a cold heart and didn't tend to sympathize with the other Bloomspiritus. She always had her head straight and knew what was best for the tribe. Beauty was seen of highly due to her determination and strength. The queen had achieved many things, such as encouraging the use of swimming for travel, rather than flight, and creating a new currency -- Suns. Beauty had begun ruling at 142, only passing away at a startling age of 219 years old.
Legacy: The usage of Suns instead of Stars, Suns having come in smaller amounts such as 1s, 5s, etc. She also had started the adaption of Bloomspiritus swimming, which is still used to this day.

King Ivorydew was a yellow dragon with light blue specks all over his scales. He is a FTM transgender ruler with a golden heart and extreme bravery. Ivorydew had discovered the land of ancient Wiltedleaf and Longwinter, having reported the land's existence to Mightyful herself. He was the son of Beauty and her unknown significant other, and was a great leader for the time he ruled. A very beloved dragon, Ivorydew had cared for all the Bloomspiritus and given them many gifts. He had supported many small businesses and towns throughout his ruling. Ivorydew had even helped Spruce and his beloved, Passion, settle in ancient Longwinter alongside their group, even if they seemed like maniacs for wanting to live in such a gloomy place. Ivorydew had began ruling when he was 123, but had unfortunately passed away at the age of 209 years old.
Legacy: LGBTQ+ rulers are widely accepted and Longwinter has a small alliance with modern day Bloomspiritus due to the fact that if it wasn't for Ivorydew, Spruce might've given up.

NOTABLE MENTIONS: The 6th ruler was known to have sold Warmbreeze to Lashtail, and the 7th ruler had ruled over when the Autumnaura began to live on Wiltedleaf.

King Saffron was a lavender scaled dragon with flecks of red all over his body. He was seen as a tough-scaled dragon with a protective nature. Saffron had protected his tribe at all costs, always putting them in front of himself. He had been a bit of a science loving dragon, surprisingly, and had attempted multiple times to create something to help his tribe see into the future. This hadn't succeeded, obviously, but the research had lead to the rediscovery of The Enchanted, various animal species with magical abilities, given to them by fairies. Saffron had eventually befriended an enchanted, which of who was a deer, who had gave him 8 more years after his expected death date. The king had been crowned at the age of 61, before passing away at a striking age of 234 years old -- being the oldest ruler in Bloomspiritus history.
Legacy: The rediscovery of Enchanted and his ability to gain the trust of one, has shown that a connection that was once destroyed could be rebuilt. Saffron's name is also seen as an omen that will allow a dragon to live a bit longer with it.

Queen Willoweye was a light off-white scaled dragon with pastel yellow-green markings on her. She has a long, floppy fin down her back, as well as neon yellow eyes. Willoweye had been a cruel queen, having been rude and selfish. She hadn't supported anyone but herself, and even forced an arranged marriage to King Hydrangea. A very abusive queen overall, she was quickly dethroned -- but unfortunately, before she was dethroned, she had slaughtered Hydrangea so he couldn't take the throne after her. She was crowned when she was 49 years old, but dethroned and sentenced to death when she was 60.
Legacy: Willoweye is now a banned Bloomspiritus name due to the bad reputation she left behind.

King Sprout was a strict, faithful king who believed he was part of a prophecy sent to him by Mightyful herself. Sprout was a lime green Bloomspiritus with fins on his arms that looked like a lion-fish's. He often wore vines and other plants on him, as he very harshly believed that he was prophesized to save the Bloomspiritus if he were to bond with plants. This was never true, however, as he made it all up for praise and attention. Sprout had married to King Menhaden, where the relationship did not end well as Menhaden divorced and dropped out of royalty. Sprout was furious, but thankfully he didn't do anything. He ended up passing away when he was 194, having ruled since he was 58 years old.
Legacy: Oddly enough, Sprout left the tribe with a newfound love for the plants around them.

Queen Widow was had extremely dark red scales with red splotches thrown about on them. She had a fierce, serious personality where she always had more bark than bite. Widow was described to always be angry, but by her loved ones, was described to be a caring, misunderstood Bloomspiritus. The queen had practically invented the idea of an underwater palace, as well as underwater towns. Construction of the palace, Deep Trench, and Freshsalt had begun at this time. Widow was also notably greedy, always valuing her riches more than most things - however, that didn't stop some Bloomspiritus from looking up to her determination and fierceness. Widow had ruled from when she was 78, till she was 212 years old where she passed away due to sickness.
Legacy: The underwater palace, Talon's Trench, and Freshsalt are still used to this day.

King Goat was an honorable, smart, and thoughtful Bloomspiritus. His scales where white, as he was albino - he was known for his mutation, where there was an extra fin that ran down his chin to his chest. Goat had achieved a grand goal, which was organizing the Season Mountain meetings with the other four leaders. He had also began trading shipments among the other tribes - these things were seen as insane at first, but the dragon tribes soon realized that they would need each other's support every now and then. He had married to Monarch Turaco, a nonbinary Bloomspiritus known for their lime green scales.King Goat ruled when he was 54 years old, but was brutally slaughtered by his daughter, Reef, when he was only 197 years old. Monarch Turaco had fled to Foreverscar, out of fear of being killed as well - they had also taken Goat's body and buried it at the foot of Season Mountain.
Legacy: The four tribes still gather together at the Seasonvita Cliff and trade in harmony... mostly.

Queen Reef was a cruel, evil ruler. She had pale pink scales with splotches of green and blue on her. Reef had enforced rules in Sparklingdew, some of the most alarming being the treatment of imprisoned and poverty stricken Bloomspiritus. She had treated them like slaves, forcing them to build a inland palace from scratch. Many Bloomspiritus had protested and lead invasions on the palace or inland castle, where they'd steal from Reef, attempt to assassinate her, and take the mistreated Bloomspiritus under their wings. Reef had to eventually have the inland palace under high protection, causing many innocent Bloomspiritus to be killed for attempting to help the suffering. Thankfully, Reef was assassinated when one of her own trusted chefs poisoned her food with an assassin's bite leaf. Reef ruled from when she was 67, till she was 131 years old.
Legacy: Reef is a banned name, similarly to Willoweye. The inland palace's remains are still visible as it was completely abandoned for the suffering it had caused many Bloomspiritus.

Queen Ochre was a prideful, honest queen who had allowed the tribe to stabilize after Reef's terrible royalty. She was very giving, having given many gifts to the poor, especially those who suffered under Reef's cruelty. Ochre unfortunately became a poorer queen due to this, but the Wintervelluses had surprisingly sent Ochre gifts, strengthening the alliance between both tribes. With the Wintervelluses' help, Ochre was able to stabilize the kingdom successfully. She had married to Queen Fern, a sweet, loving queen who had deep green scales. She ruled from when she was 49, till she was 206 years old which she had passed away due to sickness. Queen Fern had declined the crown, passing the throne down to their adoptive child.
Legacy: The name Ochre is seen as one of beauty and resolution - many dragonets may carry this name due to its seemingly loving nature.

King Viburnum was a confident, nerdy Bloomspiritus who had light blue scales with white and green speckles. Viburnum was grand king, known in history for his pride and wisdom. He had married to a transgender FTM Bloomspiritus, King Lilyturf. Although not much happened during Viburnum's rule, he had created the very popular sugarsprout tree, who's leaves are very prized among all the tribes. He had ruled from when he was 78 till he was 207 years old.
Legacy: Sugarsprout trees are often raised for their sweet tasting leaves, which is a popular plant for all the tribes. It is used in teas and sometimes crushed into a fine, organic, powered sugar.

Monarch Copper was a nonbinary Bloomspiritus with stunningly shiny deep orange scales. Originally they were named Ochre, after the previous Queen Ochre, but they had changed their name due to them not wanting the two to be compared or confused. They are mainly known for their creation of the modern day visitor badges! They had created the first jade, sunflower painted piece, which led to dragons of other tribes visiting Sparklingdew. At first, Bloomspirituses were in an unroar- they hated the idea of other tribes exploring the lands of Sparklingdew, suspecting that they might steal from the them or learn special details about their land for future wars. Many stormed the palace, attempting to harass Copper for this, but eventually the violence ended when the Summercimex ruler had created the badges too... the other tribes following close behind. The angry Bloomspiritus soon came to a calm, once they realized that the other tribes had allowed them to go to their lands. All the tribes were exposed for the same risks, so no tribe had an advantage over the other. Copper had ruled from when she was 78 till she was 198 years old.
Legacy: Badges are still used to this day! Although there has been minor changes from the ancient ones, they still serve the same purpose.

Queen Perch was an quiet, honest Bloomspiritus with light yellow and a saturated green scales - she also had unusual light brown stripes on her neck and back. She was born blind, making her psychically challenged by her position. Fortunately, Perch had assistance from a noble, who she eventually married to - the noble becoming King Barracuda. The two had a lovely relationship, and Perch had proved herself capable of being queen, despite being blind. She ruled from when she was 72 till she was 207, when she retired. Barracuda wasn't the next ruler after her, however, as he unfortunately passed away from a fatal injury when he was 157 years old.
Legacy: Psychically challenged individuals are not doubted in their abilities, and the name Perch is seen as name of determination and strength.

King Trident was a muscular, warmhearted Bloomspiritus with bright blue scales. He had a kind soul, and he is viewed as the best ruler the Bloomspiritus ever had. He had fought among his tribe, as though he were a guardsman rather than a king. Any tresspasser or lawbreaker were dealt with accordingly and Trident's golden heart didn't make him merciful. Trident was a faithful follower of all law, he respected those around him, even if they were a lower rank than him. He was almost more of a guardsmen than a king- protecting the whole kingdom. Trident was known to go on boarder patrols with the royal guard, despite his status. He married to a beautiful, bright pink Bloomspiritus by the name of Peony. King Trident and Queen Peony lived happily and honorably till they both past away at the ages of 213 and 210. (Trident ruled since he was 37.)
Legacy: A trident hangs above the throne in the underwater palace and many dragons who bare his name are seen as brave protectors.

King Bubbles was a sweet, pink Bloomspiritus who lived up to fill his father's shoes greatly. Although he was more kind hearted, he still was a grand law follower, one that can be looked up upon. Bubbles was also not the kind of king to fear a fight, but unlike Trident, he didn't seek it with trespassers or criminals. Bubbles had married to a seemingly beautiful, graceful Bloomspiritus, Seagrass. Seagrass, at first, seemed innocent and all for looks, rather than a warrior, who she soon showed herself as. Bubbles, after the day Seagrass had received her mark of royalty, had brutally slaughtered Bubbles. Bubbles had ruled from when he was 73 till he was 126 years old.
Legacy: Many Bloomspiritus look up to Bubbles for his ability to be a strong warrior and a kindhearted soul. The name Bubbles or Bubble is usually associated with his kind, but merciless nature.

Queen Seagrass was a nightmare straight out of a dragon's head. She had green scales with swirly patterns on her, she also didn't wear much jewelry. She was muscular and often wore teal eyeshadow, her fin that ran down her back was large and usually compared to a hyena's mane. Seagrass had murdered her husband, as well as his siblings and locked her own brother in the dungeons. She was abusive, manipulative, and an overall monster. Seagrass seemed very keen on one thing, however, power. As soon as Queen Hazel of the Summercimex and Wintervellus climbed upon her throne, Seagrass had sent numerous assassins the hybrid's way. Unlike her other actions, this was something many Bloomspiritus could get behind, but they feared what would happen if Seagrass's assassinations were to succeed. Multiple strikes were launched at the assassins, stopping them from ever reaching Warmbreeze. Seagrass was furious, deciding to start taking it all out on her own tribe. She imprisoned and murdered many Bloomspiritus, all while the economy in Sparklingdew began to suffer. When everything felt lost, a group that simply called themselves "The Salvatoris," had freed Seagrass's brother, Urchin, from the dungeons. The Salvatoris and Urchin had fought together and eventually slayed Seagrass. The queen had ruled from when she was 124 till she was 147 years old.
Legacy: Urchin was seen as a savior, a ruler who would defeat all evil. Seagrass, although a very highly criticized name, was not banned, due to request of Urchin.

King Urchin was a quick, strict, but loving king who could be a bit hardworking. He had purple scales with bright blue eyes and a large tail fin. Urchin was paranoid, especially after his wife, Queen Lilac, had mysteriously disappeared. Many speculate that the newly discovered "Eclipseviator" tribe had done it, but it was never confirmed. Princess Tulip and Price Trout were put into constant high protection, but Urchin had never really connected to them as a father should with his children. The Bloomspiritus king had discovered The Whispering Cave, in which the portal to The Forgotten World was located. Unfortunately, he had witnessed Queen Beachside of the Summercimexes death, and eventually his own when he had decided to search for his daughter, Tulip. Urchin eventually found the Princess, but he discovered her with a false ally, King Wither of the Eclipseviator. King Wither had promised power to Urchin many months before he ran into him and his daughter on the beach, but this alliance was only discovered after Urchin's murder. That day, Wither and Urchin had fought to the death for the throne, Tulip being killed in the process. This was the last fight Urchin would have, however, as he was brutally murdered by Wither.
Legacy: Urchin hasn't had a long impact on the Bloomspiritus yet.

King Wither is the current ruler of the Bloomspiritus.
With Trout assumed as dead and Wither quickly taking control over the Bloomspiritus, the tribe of Sparklingdew feels hopeless.

Side note: Wither is an Eclipseviator not a Bloomspiritus.
