Tommy and Marcia met at New Mexico Tech in 2001, and the Houstonian and the Hawaiian have been a devoted pair ever since.
Tommy is a Senior Developer for Pros Revenue Management. There, he writes the programs that let airlines squeeze every penny they can from their customers. To the pride of his father, he still has the first dollar he ever earned there.

Father and son have a similar life inertia: get a good job and a good wife and stick with it. One winter we went to Sandia to try something new - snowboarding and skiing. At the lunch break we discussed the morning’s vicissitudes, agreed it was too hard, and ducked out of the rest of the lessons. Tom and Tommy Schmal are alike in many ways, not just in name!
