Should you decide you wish to proceed to an Officer rank a much easier way, you may apply for the rank of Second Lieutenant. This rank is focused on Border Patrols.
Sub-Lieutenant promotions occur every Sunday evening; DO NOT contact a department member and ask why you were not promoted. We will promote you when we get to you, there are other things we look at when considering you for the rank of Sub-Lieutenant.
Submit a Second Lieutenant Aptitude Test, this quiz is very short and tests you on the basics of being an officer. To review for this exam, you should read the following documents: Officer Handbook, Border Patrol Hosting Guide, and other Officer related documents.
After you submit your exam for Sub-Lieutenant, a Progression Department member will review your application and presence in the community. If you pass, you will be promoted to Second Lieutenant.
Divisional Officers who are Sergeant First Class or above within main TNI can apply directly for Captain without needing to perform an Official Evaluation.
