PROGRESSION

The Progression focus aims to maintain a strong Officer core while overseeing and increasing event quality and quantity. Furthermore, this department is responsible for evaluating events, handling the Officer Evaluation Policy (Ensigns/Lieutenants who want to be evaluated for Officer), handling the Officer Promotion System, and handling the quota system. Under Progression is one sub-department Justice Committee. The Justice Committee is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of punishments and disciplinary related topics in the imperium.
