The SuperDome was originally built on Poydras Street which is near downtown New Orleans and connected to the facility to the many restaurants, hotels and other venues close to the city in order to give the SuperDome maximum economic impact. Inside the SuperDome in addition to the main floor area and stadium seating there are large club lounges which can be used to host parties, concerts or other smaller events. (4) Image (9)
