We believe counselling works best when it fits into your life and routine. Each of our counsellors will agree on a time with you that feels comfortable and realistic. Sessions can be arranged:
By appointment – We’ll schedule together at a time that works best for you.
Flexible hours – Morning, afternoon, or evening (not In-person), depending on your needs.
Session formats – In-person (currently not available), online, or phone sessions (whichever you prefer).
Frequency – Weekly, bi-weekly, or as agreed together.
