About the Founder
Dr. Philip Effiom Ephraim
Dr. Philip Ephraim is an internationally qualified and experienced music educator. He is also a rising global scholar in communications and media. He has taught music for over two decades to diverse learners in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East in private and school settings.
He holds certifications in music teaching, music theory, and instrument playing from leading global educational institutions including, Yale University, Northwestern University, Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON). His past students have gone on to become successful professionals in church music, academia, education, media, and sound technology, working in various countries.
Dr. Philip Ephraim is seriously committed to projects to bring music into the lives of less advantaged children and youths in Nigeria. He believes in the power of music to create empowerment and open up amazing opportunities for the youths.

Prof. Braide’s research focus is on disease control. She served as the Zonal Facilitator in the Nigerian Guinea worm Eradication Programme, Southeast Zone from 1988 to 1998 and on the WHO/FGN Guinea worm Eradication Certification Committee until Nigeria was certified guinea worm free in 2013.
Prof. Braide served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Sightsavers for eight years and chaired the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) of the four- year Sightsavers DFID funded NTD UNITED project which ended in 2019. She is President of the Board of Trustees, Society for Family Health (SFH) and immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Leprosy Mission (TLM) Nigeria. She is member of the The Ministerial Expert Advisory Committee on COVID- 19 Health Sector Response (MEACoC-HSR), member, of African Scientific Research and Innovation Committee (ASRIC) Expert Advisory Board on STI intervention for COVID-19 (2020); member, TETFund Committee on Research and Development (2020-ongoing) and member Board of Trustees, Committee of Vice Chancellors (CVC) of Nigerian Universities.
She has received many awards, including, Cross River State 2000 Millennium Award and Jimmy/Rosalynn Carter Award for outstanding dedication and achievement in the eradication of guinea worm in Nigeria. In July 2010, Professor Braide was honoured by the President of Nigeria with the award of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) for her contribution to disease control in Nigeria.
Professor Braide served as Vice Chancellor, Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) Calabar, Nigeria (2004 to 2009) and as Pioneer Vice Chancellor, Federal University, Lafia, Nigeria (2011 to 2016). She is the Pro-Chancellor of Arthur Jarvis University, Akpabuyo, Nigeria and also Chairman, Board of Trustees, Essien Ukpabio Presbyterian Theological College, Itu (EUPTCI), Nigeria.
Mr. Paul Ochuko Adjekophori
Mr Paul Adjekophori is an experienced banker and the Head of Treasury at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Calabar Office. His passion for music led him to studying music theory and keyboard at TMMA. He remains a loyal supporter of TMMA's vision and mission.
