This year was noticeably quieter with regard to the number of homes decorated for Halloween. When you have young children you enter into the spirit of the night, decorate the home, create or buy costumes but as the children grow up your enthusiasm will likely wane. Some do still enjoy the dressing up and get into the spirit of the night.

New households move in too and take up the mantle with their children delighting in the experience and the community spirit around them.

After the antisocial behaviour in the lead up to the night there was a number of Garda Cars driving through all the local estates.

Despite being very expensive, and illegal, this year it was highly noticeable that some were extremely loud not to mention huge!
