House Rules

There are a few things that every house member absolutely must do in order to remain a part of the co-op. These are:

Pay rent--On time, or late fees may apply.

Complete your chores

Keep up with the responsibilities of your assigned house job

Additionally, each member should:

Be mindful of housemates' varying beliefs, habits and quirks

Respect the house's property and the belongings of other house members

Clear all overnight guests and house parties with housemates

Clean up after yourself (wash your dishes!!!!)
