Server Rules

Please note: "The Fahr Realm Server Rules", in any of our platforms are subject to staff interpretation and may change at any time with or without notice. 

Chat: 

• Swearing (Non discriminatory, non sexual language) is allowed. This is included in ALL server associated platforms including all chat and voice chats including and not limited to racial slurs/jokes and sexual innuendo/jokes. 

• Everyone should be treated equally regardless of race, sex, gender identification, sexual orientation, national origin, native language, religion, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other protected by US law. 

• Do not advertise other servers here. Even if it isn't a real server and even if they're well known. 

• Revealing players/staff personal information is considered "doxxing" and is banable. 

• Do not ask to be staff or for them to spawn in items. All staff play in survival unless noted by "Duty-Mode" in the chat. 

• Keep IRL politics and soapboxing to a minimum. Let's be civil here. 

• Do not bug or harass staff over social issues.
  
  Clients: 

• A. Absolutely no hacking or unapproved mods. IE: X-ray, ESP, Tracers, Fly, Nuker, Speed, Etc.
  
  In-Game General:
  Griefing:

• Griefing of claimed lands because of town permissions is forbidden.

• Grief is legal in the wilderness only. 

• Griefing directly outside a towns borders, regardless of wilderness status is forbidden.

• Joining a town to grief it is an offense.

• Unclaimed lands ARE griefable only for the sense for LOOTING not excessive destruction.

• Using locking commands to lock blocks around players bases or towns with the intent to disrupt is forbidden.

Builds:

• No inappropriate structures IE: Builds depicting Sexual content or Racially adverse themes. 

• Do not build anything that could be considered a lag machine.

Mob Farms:

• Mob Spawner based farms must cluster together no more than 5 spawners in a given area.

• Mob Spawner based farms must be separated from other nearby spawner based farms so as they may not both be active by the same player at the same time. In the event these farms are too close together, the farms MUST have a toggle switch to deactivate the farm not in use.

• No using mob cramming mechanics for the killing chamber in mob farms.

Mechanics:

• Do not abuse home teleports. Abuse counts as setting it in or nearby someone's base with intent to harass. 

• Report any bugs or exploits to an Admin (With a red name). Do not abuse them. If you report it and we patch it you will be rewarded.

Towns:

• Do not abuse town claiming, This includes using a town to block an established town from expanding or over-claiming a players wilderness base.

• Camping a town to harass them is forbidden if the town is without a nation or the nation is toggled to peaceful.

• General: 

• No selling in-game items for hard (real) money. This server is Anti-pay-to-win this practice goes against Minecraft's EULA. 

• No ban baiting. Ban baiting is luring a player into breaking the rules. Not only will they get in trouble, but you may too.

Discrimination:

Chat:

• In the chat make sure You: DO NOT advertise other servers, DO NOT self promote outside of designated channels, DO NOT spam the chat, DO NOT commence in soapboxing, DO NOT post files, malicious links or explicit content, DO speak English. B. Staff reserve the right to delete any post. C. No violence, gore, mutilation, and graphic images. Such as blood, guts, and wounds. There are many people here over 18 in age but let us keep it clean.

Voice:

• Use of soundboards are forbidden in channels that are labeled as such. 

• Users joining channels also agree to being subject to a “Forced Push To Talk” status if applicable.

• Chat rules are still applicable in voice chat. If you can not say it or should not say it in chat, do not say it in voice chat either!
  
  

Bots:

• Do not invite bots to the server.

• Do not use bots to spam chat, please use the designated channel if one exists.
  
  

Server Staff:

• Server staff hold sole decision on punishments from rule violations.

• No arguing with server staff. Discussion and questions regarding why you were punished for something is fine. Attacking the staff members or becoming belligerent over being warned will likely result in escalation of consequences.
  
  

General:

• No using alts to bypass bans/mutes 

• No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, sharing of personal information, general toxicity, impersonation of members.

• Grievances brought to staff members attention about any rule violations must be accompanied by proof of wrongdoing.
