Badges are customized and sometimes magical items each with a differing way of obtaining and using them. Some may be as simple as a portable crafting table, enderchest or anvil. Others are extremely powerful, even comparable to a wardens sonic blast. They can be used to defend yourself or even fly in some cases. Cover long distances quickly, mine multiple blocks, pull blocks out of thin air, With currently 624 badges existing, there is one for EVERYONE and every play style. There are many ways to obtain them- Mining certain blocks, Opening Loot Vaults, Trial Chambers, Killing certain monsters, Wandering Traders and villagers or even server events!
Badgerite is the main ingredient used in upgrading badges. It can be found by mining ores and is farmable by breaking amethyst clusters that grow off of budding amethyst blocks if broken into shards.

Badgemite is a rare Badgerite variant used to supercharge certain badges to their maximum potential. Badgemite forms rarely with gold in the nether.

Chargerite is another form of Badgerite, It is unknown where this mineral naturally occurs but wandering traders are sometimes found selling it.
Chargerite is used to "Charge" certain badges, allowing you to use them in rapid succession.
