Chave (Ewa) Djament
This is a registration form of Chave Djament, These had to be completed by the Jewish inhabitants of Kraków, Poland, in 1940 and coordinated by the Jüdische Gemeinde in Krakau (Jewish Community in Kraków) in response to a Nazi order. Includes name, date and place of birth, nationality, occupation, marital status, previous residence, current residence, and photo.
Of interest is her occupation, stated as "seamstress: and the address, Alte Weichsel 45 which is in fact Starowislna 45, a German translation the "Old Vistula" (English name of the Wisła river) which runs through Kraków and through central Poland to the Baltic Sea.

The reader may have noticed that Itzac and Chave, our grandparents, were married in 1906, whereas in the "Brothers" page, it states that their first son Roman was born in 1907. No, this is not an error. See below.
