The fences came down and the city opened the garden.
This garden was long awaited and anticipated.
Find the old rose garden AKA Niles Rose Garden AKA Nursery Show Gardens AKA Nursery Display Gardens.
The city's official page for the garden has an article by Paul Zimmerman about the rose garden. Paul selected the roses and the rose theme of California rose hybridizers.
