January in our project is the month of FEAR and STRESS and the ways of dealing with these emotions.
Most people experience stress, fear and anxiety from time to time. Stress and anxiety are not always bad. In the short term, they can help us overcome a challenge or dangerous situation. If we did not experience some anxiety, we might not be motivated to do things that we need to do.
However, stress and fear can produce physical and emotional symptoms (e.g. stomachache, rapid breathing, sweating or difficulty concentrating).
So how can we manage and reduce such emotions? You can learn to feel less fearful and to cope with stress. Teachers and students explore this topic.
WORD CLOUD
This is our collaborative cloud filled by all students and teachers giving some advice on how to deal with stress and negative emotions. They created the word cloud with the app mentimeter giving some nice ideas that may be useful for all of us in everyday life.
'FEARFUL' COMIC'
Students created one collaborative comic showing some stressful situations and the ways of solving them.
Students from different schools complete some pages of our comic following the thread that previous students´ have created. There is also a discussion and students can express their guesses about the plot of the story. How will they solve some difficult and stressing situations? We will find out in the continuation of the comic.

BLOOKET- PLAYING TOGETHER
Students and teachers participated in a big quiz created with the app blooket.com. Students had fun and remembered vocabulary and expressions related to the different tasks assigned during these months.This game is based on the vocabulary connected with all the emotions and values included in the project such as Tolerance, Friendship, Love and Happiness, Fear and stress.They developed different abilities such as ICT skills and of course their imagination and vocabulary.
ONLINE MEETING
We had an online meeting including students and teachers. Taking part in this meeting gave us opportunity to know one another better and debate about the best tasks in the project and what we've learnt and enjoyed during these motivating months. We could talk about our interests and feeling connected with the project, and about the effects and impact the project has had on all of us.
