In Southwest Florida, there are many charities that are good at providing help. The Butterfly Team seeks to serve the niche of serving people who would benefit from learning a skill or receiving advice on growing their employment or small business.
For many individuals living in Southwest Florida, it is difficult to get a small business going or grow it at a sustainable rate. Additionally, many of the target clients are struggling by working in low paying jobs with poor benefits. The greater Naples and Fort Myers area is one of the most affluent areas in the United States yet within half a mile of affluent neighborhoods people are suffering or struggling just to get by. We are attempting to change this by helping individuals identify and leverage their existing talents and match them with market opportunities. The Butterfly Team seeks out these people to help impact and create a positive change in their lives. Our mission is to find these individuals and offer our assistance.
We have a team of seasoned volunteers and experts who have agreed to provide their services free or at reduced rates for us. The Butterfly Team does not bill for services that are provided to qualified clients.
We offer the following types of services to our clients.
Financial Assessments and Expense Optimization: We do this by helping people to accurately assess their finances by determining a realistic view of the revenue that they have coming in and how it is being utilized to sustain and grow their business. We also help them to optimize their expenses for their accounting and tax reporting information to maximize their income by systematically generating lower tax bills.
Marketing and Branding of Products and Services: Our marketing experts assist people with developing marketing plans for their businesses, branding their products, and creating integrated strategies to generate revenue for their businesses.
Business Assessment: Our trained small business counselors help our clients by providing an accurate overall view of their existing business or future business by helping to them to develop a business plan which will lay the groundwork for them to be successful in their business. These seasoned experts also provide counseling based on their own experience as business owners to help our clients to avoid serious pitfalls in their businesses and to remain prosperous.
Mentoring by Experienced Experts: We match our clients with our experienced experts and dynamic life coaches to help them to be confident and successful in their businesses.
Support for Business Expansion: Our team helps individuals determine the best way to fund growth of their business based on their business needs and available resources. This support allows for business expansion in an expedient manner to ensure the success of our clients. Occasionally, financial support is given once clients are evaluated and meet the necessary criteria.
