Our mission is to assist individuals who are dealing with challenges to find a better quality of life for themselves and their families. We do this by helping them to unlock their own talents and leverage them in the marketplace. The Butterfly Team is a collection of volunteers and paid individuals who have unique talents and are willing to share them with others less fortunate than themselves at no cost. We focus on individuals who are in greatest need . The Butterfly Team assists those who can benefit from a transformation to achieve independence and happiness.

The butterfly symbolizes the process of development and evolution. From larvae to cocoon to rebirth, it is the only being that completely changes its DNA throughout its life cycle. In order to create the world, we envision for ourselves, we too must undergo powerful transformation. The butterfly reminds us that it takes courage and intention to create significant change toward peace in our lives. It means rethinking the way we live and creating new beginnings.
A butterfly only lives for a few months, so it highlights the importance of living with purpose and focusing on the things that matter most during the limited time we have. We apply this thinking to our delivery of support from the Butterfly Team and move rapidly.
