How long have you been around and how did you get started? The Butterfly Team has been around since January of 2020. It was started based on the need for faster support with less bureaucracy.

Give me your best example of the way you’ve seen your organization’s work can make a difference? We can move quickly to provide support and usually it has a lasting effect.

Where does most of your funding come from? The Butterfly Team is funded by donations from those who are more fortunate.

What are the main obstacles that stand between you and your mission, and how do you plan to overcome them? We have challenges based on Covid 19 that has reduced donations and fundraising activities. We are continuing to focus our efforts on different types of fundraising.

How would you compare your programs and results to others working in the same field? There are many fine organizations providing assistance. We are different by our speed of delivery and providing support versus help which means providing knowledge and skills that are lasting as well as financial assistance.

What is your staff really good at? Assessing the key changes that can make a difference in a business or individuals’ circumstance. We focus on that and try to delivery quickly.

Who exactly/what services will my money go to? It goes directly to the clients we serve, and we have no management fee.

Can I donate to your organization in other ways than just money? Yes. You can provide your skill or service pro bono to a client. (see Donations tab)
