This house was originally a large chicken house that was remodeled to be a home. It was sold to my Claude Allen around 1960 for $13,000. Although life and living circumstances have changed over the years this home has always been here for the family to come back to and enjoy togather.

Turn North(right) onto N. Danebo ave.
Turn West(left) Royal Ave.
See Continue West on Royal Ave just past Terry St.
- Using W11th Ave(Hwy 126)
Turn North onto Terry St.
Turn West(left) onto Royal Ave. for a short bit
See Continue West on Royal Ave just past Terry St.
- Continue West on Royal Ave just past Terry St.
The 5200 Royal Ave. will be on your left (south)
Our large black mailbox with reflectors under a redwood tree on the left (south) side.
Across the Street to the North is Prairie Mountain Grade School, which is a K-8 public school. It is located at 5305 Royal Ave.
