Michelle Anglisano brings over 35 years of dedication to both education and the study of meditation and mindfulness. Her journey began with an informal exploration of traditional Hindu and Buddhist meditation philosophies, which continues to guide her personal and professional practice today. She has also embraced modern mindfulness techniques rooted in Buddhist traditions, integrating them into her approach to teaching and wellness.
Deeply committed to holistic healing, Michelle is a certified Reiki practitioner, believing strongly in the power of energy to support balance and well-being. Her personal practice includes exploring the transformative disciplines of Kundalini Yoga, Chi Gong, Pranayama, walking meditation and mindfulness.
In addition to her work in wellness, Michelle is a veteran Special Education teacher with over three decades of experience in public education. Her career has been devoted to supporting students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic growth, shaping her compassionate and intuitive approach to meditation coaching.
Michelle is also a published co-author of the book Methylation Madness: Insight into the Biochemical and Personal Lives of Hypermethylaters, further reflecting her interest in the connection between mind, body, and overall health. She lectures, as a keynote speaker, on the topics of her methylation genetic defects and faulty methylation biochemistry annually at The American Naturapathic Medical Association convention.
She lives her life with intention—striving each day to grow, cultivate positive energy, and extend loving-kindness to others. Her work is grounded in the belief that true transformation begins within and radiates outward.
