A fun, interactive workshop designed to introduce children to simple and practical meditation tools they can use every day. Participants will learn what mindful meditation is and discover how to bring calm, focus, and awareness into their school day and daily routines. Through playful activities and guided practice, children will gain skills to help manage stress, stay present, and feel more balanced.
At your age, you may be left wondering what to do now, when things are not going smoothly at school, with friends and family or when participating in after school activities. Being a teen isn't an easy job for sure. During this meditation workshop, through lively discussions, music, videos and meditations written by The Zen Den, you will be taught simple, day to day techniques that you can use to bring a wave of ease to your own emotions in order to find comfort in your own self. Dress super comfy and get ready to relax.

Everything around you will make sense if you use your senses. Mindfulness is a practice of being in the moment. You are unable to experience life fully, without being present. In order to be present, you have to be conscious of where you are. Where you are consists of smell, sight, listening, tasting, touching. Can you use all your senses everywhere you go?

Through a variety of meditation practices and breathwork techniques, participants will connect deeply with the motivational messages of Ted Lasso, cultivating a calmer, more focused mind. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical tools to shift your outlook, enhance your interactions, and bring a renewed sense of positivity into every aspect of your day.
Self Image for children and teens
Social media can lead people to give out a false impression of what is really going on in their lives. This can lead to negative self-esteem, poor self image, worthless, bad health habits, affects emotions, creates friendship issues, nothing is sacred, dangerous, not being in the present moment are affected and inappropriate social skills. 70% of children and teens use social media websites. This workshop will utilize methods of meditation to boost positive self worth.
Through guided breathing and meditation techniques, participants will learn how to nurture a lasting sense of inner peace. This practice helps individuals bring calm, clarity, and balance to their daily interactions—enhancing relationships with themselves, family or co-workers, while fostering a more harmonious and mindful environment.
What would life be like with a different mindset and a different thought process? This workshop engages participants in energizing meditations and explores the topic of happiness while working with different breathing techniques that heighten a positive outlook and mood. Participants will also learn how the process of clearing negativity and changing the brain is a scientific fact.
"Spring Emergence"
During this workshop, participants will focus on the metamorphosis of oneself through different relaxing, intuitive and transforming meditations, Kundalini yoga, journal writing and discussions. Participants will use their imaginations and 5 senses to emphasize their personalities with bright new energy which they can bring to their classrooms and to their students. They will be given questions to journal about which will bring new insights in what they do inside their classrooms and with their students. The goal is to have participants experience new forms of meditation and thinking processes to rid themselves of their “winter selves” and allow a new “spring being” to take over.
