Black Obsidian Activities:

I use my Black Obsidian in a multitude of ways, however most prominently it is part of my 'Therapy Stones' which consist of Black Obsidian (Trauma Protection, Grounding, Inner peace), and Amethyst (Protection, Courage, Stress Relief, Balanced Emotions).

I do not use my Black Obsidian in Runic Casting, merely because I find no use for it in that manner, however, I do keep it in either my jacket or bag almost constantly to invoke protection and calmness.
