These Terms govern your use of The Tide Simulator (the add-on), a Google Sheets™ add-on developed by AT1 Research. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms.
The add-on
The Tide Simulator is a Google Sheets™ add-on that runs Monte Carlo simulations on user-defined inputs inside the user's open spreadsheet.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the add-on inside your own Google Workspace™ account, subject to these Terms.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the add-on; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the add-on; use the add-on to violate any law or any third party's rights; or use the add-on in a way that violates the Google Workspace™ Marketplace Terms or the Google API Services User Data Policy.
No financial advice
The Tide Simulator is a modeling tool. Its output is NOT investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. AT1 Research is not a registered investment adviser. Any decision you make based on the add-on's output is yours alone.
No warranty
The add-on is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulation results will be accurate, complete, or useful for any specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AT1 Research and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the add-on. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the add-on shall not exceed USD $50.
Intellectual property
The Tide Simulator, including its code, brand, and documentation, is owned by AT1 Research. Google Sheets™, Google Workspace™, and other Google product names are trademarks of Google LLC and used here for descriptive purposes only.
Termination
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate availability of the add-on at any time, with or without notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AT1 Research operates, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
