Our Wholesale Process

1. Submit a Wholesale Partnership Request.

2. We'll review your request and current production schedule.

3. If accepted, we'll send your wholesale agreement and invoice.

4. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your place in our production schedule.

5. Your order is handcrafted over approximately 30 days.

6. The remaining 70% balance is due before pickup, local delivery, or shipment.

Wholesale Policies

• All wholesale orders require approximately 30 days for production.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

• The remaining 70% balance is due upon completion of your order.

• Orders are accepted based on current production capacity.

• Wholesale orders are considered confirmed only after acceptance by The Rebels Ranch and receipt of the required deposit.

Product Care & Inspection

Retailers agree to store products in a clean, dry environment away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture, and freezing temperatures.

Retailers agree to inspect all products upon pickup, delivery, or receipt of shipment.

Any shortages, incorrect items, or products damaged during transit must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Claims for damage should include photographs of the damaged products and packaging when applicable.

After five (5) business days, the order will be considered accepted and complete.
