We're Vincent and Fiona Caillouette, the husband-and-wife team behind The Rebels Ranch, accompanied by our four-legged family members, Donkey and Boots.

The Rebels Ranch is more than a business—it's the life we're building together. We believe life is better when things are made slowly, with purpose, and from ingredients you can recognize. Every candle, herbal blend, lotion, tea, pantry item, and handcrafted creation begins with that simple philosophy.

Our dream reaches beyond selling handmade goods. We're building a life centered around simplicity, craftsmanship, and community. We plan to be traveling as a Wandering Apothecary, sharing our handcrafted goods at markets, festivals, and small towns across the country while working toward a permanent homestead where we can continue creating, teaching, and giving back.

We believe modern medicine and traditional herbal knowledge can exist side by side. Nature has always offered comfort and support, while modern medicine has given us incredible advances when we need them most. We don't believe one replaces the other—we believe they can work together.

Our goal is simple: create honest products made with natural ingredients, teach practical everyday herbal knowledge, encourage a slower, more intentional way of living, and remind people that happiness often comes from the simplest things.

🌿 Fiona

Founder, herbal enthusiast, artist, recipe creator, and the heart behind every handcrafted product. From designing labels and writing educational guides to pouring candles and blending herbal creations, Fiona believes every item should be both beautiful and useful.

🌶️ Vincent

Founder, U.S. Army Veteran, craftsman, creator of our famous Pepper Jelly, and Master of the Pepper. Whether he's perfecting a new batch of jelly, helping build displays, or bringing new ideas to life, Vincent is the steady hands behind The Rebels Ranch and proof that a little humor belongs in every homestead.

🐾 Donkey

Beloved Service Dog, Protector, and Official Mascot. Professional tail-wagger, expert treat inspector, and always ready to make a new friend. If you meet us at a market or festival, chances are Donkey will be the first to greet you—and he'll gladly accept ear scratches as payment.

🐈 Boots

Director of Quality Control. Supervisor of naps, keeper of the workshop, and firm believer that every shipping box, blanket, and sunny spot belongs to him. He quietly oversees daily operations while reminding us to slow down and enjoy life's little comforts.
