The Memory Garden is an artistic research project cultivated within the NYU Abu Dhabi Arts & Humanities Anthropocene Research Kitchen. This decentralized exhibit presents the environmental works and works-in-progress created by the Spring 2023 Creative Cohort.
We are a collective of artists, engineers, and scholars, gathering to create original artistic works in response to ecological entanglements. We aim to identify, through innovative new work, the ways in which the Anthropocene concept poses challenges to, and helps redefine, creative practice and research in our respective disciplines, and in interdisciplinary collaborations.
