The Craftworkers' Guild Membership

If you are interested in joining The Craftworkers' Guild to learn about crafts, share experiences, participate in our seasonal shops, and make new friends, we are always interested in welcoming new members. You do not need to be a producing artist or live in Bedford to join. The only requirement for membership is the yearly dues, an appreciation for arts and crafts, and a desire to participate and have fun!

Here's how to become a member:

  • Let us know you might like to join . . . and we will send you information.

  • Begin to attend our meetings . . . you need to attend at least one before proceeding.

  • Find out what we are about at a special orientation session . . . held specifically for prospective members.

  • Complete your application form, and pay annual dues of $25 . . . application forms are available only after attending an orientation.

  • Members may meet with the Jury/Standards Committee . . . to seek eligibility for shop participation.

Please note: The Craftworkers' Guild is a social, civic, and educational organization that operates seasonal shops for the benefit of its members and to raise funds for its operations and activities. Members are expected to attend meetings, participate in committee work, staff the shop, and be actively engaged in Guild activities throughout the year. Non-member vendors are not eligible to participate in The Craftworkers' Guild Fairs.
