The email campaign was created to boost recurring customer engagement by promoting the medspa’s new delivery subscription model. The main goal was to communicate the offer clearly and beautifully while maintaining the brand’s calm, luxurious, and wellness-focused aesthetic.
1. Hero Image & Impactful Offer
The email opens with a high-quality, immersive image showing a facial treatment in progress to immediately set a sensory and luxurious tone.
A bold, eye-catching "SUBSCRIBE TO GET 15% OFF" headline ensures the offer is clear within the first scroll.
2. Color Palette & Typography
A soothing sage green and deep forest green palette was chosen to reflect natural wellness and align with the medspa industry.
Clean, modern typography keeps the message professional yet approachable.
3. Visual Reinforcement
Included three lifestyle photos that visually reinforce the types of relaxing, high-end treatments offered.
Designed a clean call-to-action button (“Subscribe Now”) in a muted, complementary color to maintain harmony without losing attention.
4. Trust & Brand Touchpoints
Finished with company details, imagery, and social media links to build brand familiarity and encourage community interaction.
Unsubscribe option included to comply with email best practices.
