While our greatest hope is that every student/ Learner succeeds in passing the Commercial Learners permit, Entry Level Drivers Training, and the CDL exam. We understand that many will not pass the first time they test out at the CDL Exam. That is why the first exam fee is built into the training fee. it eases the cost burden for the companies we serve . We cannot pay for every CDL Exam after the first one and the sponsering company can make araingments to take a retest, or we can , but the Test fee must be sent to the Testing facillity either through us or in person when rescheduling there at the testing facillity.
We are a Contract Training Provider which means that we contract with a Company and train its employees only. This also means that your employees are not subject to outside influences like Truck Driving company recruiters. Also we utilize your equipment ensuring that they are qualified to operate your specific equipment. We are not licensed to provide career services like job placement, or financial aid. We work with current employers to upgrade the lives of their people.

Chapter 1005:NONPUBLIC POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
1005.06 Institutions not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission.—
(1) Except as otherwise provided in law, the following institutions are not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission and are not required to obtain licensure:
(d) Any institution that offers only avocational programs or courses, examination preparation programs or courses, contract training programs or courses, continuing education, or professional development programs or courses.
