Lifting Restrictions

At the Class B Training company LLC we understand the frustration of having restriction's placed on your business. It can lead to missed opportunities' and loss of revenue. so we have designed courses that address the needs of those who have a restricted CDL.

Most of the time these can be lifted by testing on the vehicle that the liacense restricts, and upgrading the CDL.

Restrictions

E-No manual transmission
K- Intrastate only
L- No air brake equipped CMV
M- No Class A passenger Vehicle
N- No Class A and B passenger vehicle
O- No tractor trailer CMV
P- Nom passenger in CMV
V- Medical Variance
X- No cargo in CMV tank vehicle
Z- No full airbrake vehicle (This applies to people that take their exam with a vehicle that has Air over Hydraulic brakes.)

We can Customize the course to fit the needs of any company or agency

We are a Contract Training Provider which means that we contract with a Company and train its employees only. This also means that your employees are not subject to outside influences like Truck Driving company recruiters. Also we utilize your equipment ensuring that they are qualified to operate your specific equipment. We are not licensed to provide career services like job placement, or financial aid. We work with current employers to upgrade the lives of their people.

Chapter 1005:NONPUBLIC POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION

1005.06 Institutions not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission.—

(1) Except as otherwise provided in law, the following institutions are not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission and are not required to obtain licensure:

(d) Any institution that offers only avocational programs or courses, examination preparation programs or courses, contract training programs or courses, continuing education, or professional development programs or courses.
