Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the best training in the least amount of your time for the best price we can offer. We are confident that if the students apply themselves they will succeed in passing the CDL exam the 1st time out.
We are a Contract Training Provider which means that we contract with a Company and train its employees only. This also means that your employees are not subject to outside influences like Truck Driving company recruiters. Also we utilize your equipment ensuring that they are qualified to operate your specific equipment. We are not licensed to provide career services like job placement, or financial aid. We work with current employers to upgrade the lives of their people.
The 2024 Florida Statutes:
Chapter 1005:NONPUBLIC POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
1005.06 Institutions not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission.—
(1) Except as otherwise provided in law, the following institutions are not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission and are not required to obtain licensure:
(d) Any institution that offers only avocational programs or courses, examination preparation programs or courses, contract training programs or courses, continuing education, or professional development programs or courses.
Owner Bio
The journey that led to founding The Class B Training Company LLC began with a commitment to excellence forged in the US Army. As an 88M Motor Transport Operator, Art learned that discipline and precision are the bedrocks of safe and efficient transport. After completing military service in 1994, Art transitioned to the private sector, dedicating decades to honing practical skills as a professional driver and owner-operator.
A passion for fostering the next generation of drivers led to a position as a CDL instructor, followed by a prestigious role as a state-certified CDL examiner for Florida. In the years leading up to 2024, Art served as a compliance coordinator at a technical institute, gaining vital expertise in navigating the regulatory landscape. This diverse, hands-on, and regulatory background is the foundation of our company's mission: to help utility and other Class B operations build a workforce of highly trained, safe, and compliant drivers.
