All rules must be followed by everyone, regardless of your role and status in or out of this community.
Be nice to everyone, regardless of their role. If you have a problem with someone, at least be civil in this community if you do not have them blocked.
Do not harass anyone -- harassment includes but is not limited to stuff such as; bullying, doxing, purposely and repeatedly excluding users in conversations open to anyone, blackmailing, and calling out other users for trivial matters.
Hate/Discrimination is not allowed towards others, regardless of the reason.
Do not advertise other species/ArtRPG groups unless you have been given permission from a Staff Member.
Do not mini-mod, let the Staff do their jobs.
Do not try to control others.
Do not make false reports on anyone.
Do not spam. Some spam is okay in channels and threads made for games, and it is understandable that some conversations may go pretty quickly and possibly get near spam-like, but do not spam on purpose or in places where it is not appropriate.
Raiding will have you removed immediately and permanently.
All posts/threads can have their own rules, but they must follow all of the community's rules too.
Always give proper credits for anything you use. Things like "credit to the artist" or "credit to the original creator" do not count.
Stealing any of people's work (art, writing, characters, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Tracing/copying or heavily referencing other people's work is also counted as theft (unless the original creator is credited and has given permission for their art to be traced/copied or heavily referenced).
NFTs and AI generated work of any kind (images, writing, etc.) are not allowed.
Anything made by a character creator app/website can not be sold, this includes anything that was redrawn with no changes to the design to make it unique. If it is redrawn to where it cannot be replicated within the app/website, then it can be sold.
Any kind of sexual content is not allowed here. This community does allow minors who are 13-17 years old, and there are also adults here who may be uncomfortable viewing such content.
Most sensitive/potentially triggering content is allowed as long as proper warnings are given.
Threatening people in any form is not allowed.
IRL photos of dead people/animals, blood, gore, and violent acts are not allowed.
Supporting or glorifying IRL serial killers, murderers, rapists, abusers, pedophiles, zoophiles, or similar criminals is not allowed at all.
Upselling (purchasing a product to resell for a higher value) anything is prohibited.
False bidding/false offers are not allowed. False bidding/offers are things like: offering for/bidding on an adopt and failing to uphold your end of the transaction, not doing your part of an art/character trade, and backing out of something without a proper reason. Some exceptions may be made based on circumstances.
Accounts owned/used by multiple people will be penalized the same as an account owned by one person. While we would love to have all involved parties in our community, if one person using the account is violating our rules we have to take the proper actions to make sure the person violating rules is properly penalized and protect our other users if they are causing harm to our community, even if it means the other people using the account end up caught in the crossfire.
Only people in The Celestial Council can participate in the ArtRPG and species.
Do not claim kahvmas or The Celestial Council as your own.
Certain punishments for rule breaking may limit the kahvmas someone can own.
Kahvmas must stay in The Celestial Council. Kahvmas can be used for projects outside of The Celestial Council, and AUs are allowed, but all kahvmas must have a variation of their info that fits into The Celestial Council and it's lore.
There is a limit to how many kahvmas you can own at a time. It's based off your Pack's Level.
You can currently own up to two Packs, but no more than that. You can only start a second Pack after your first pack is Level 30 or higher.
Staff Members are the only people allowed to own Kahvs that are in the main government Pack (which shares the same name as the ArtRPG).
All kahvmas must be added to the Archives, and their information has to be kept up-to-date.
Kahvmas can only be sold/traded/gifted to other people in TCC.
If you are not interested in kavhmas or The Celestial Council anymore and you are leaving, or you were Banned, you can: void the character (remove any info and symbols/logos associated with the species), transfer them out of the species and delete the orig. species version, trade/sell/gift them, or hand them over to the Staff so they can decide what to do with them.
Any kind of sexual content is not allowed here. Staff does not have control over anything outside the community, but anything within the community is not allowed. This community does allow minors who are 13-17 years old, and there are also adults here who may be uncomfortable with viewing such content.
If you want to share a link to something that has NSFW, but NSFW content is not the main focus and there are warnings on the NSFW content (ex. a character on TH that happens to have a few NSFW images that have content warnings), this would be okay to share. If you want to share a link to something that is centered around NSFW content (ex. a social media account specifically for NSFW content), that directly goes to NSFW content, or the NSFW content does not have any warnings, this is not okay to share.
All kahvmas must be approved by a Staff Member.
You are allowed to transfer designs in and out of the species if the character is owned by you and the original designer of the character is okay with it.
People with Rights are allowed to do transfers for other people, as long as they have the owner's permission and are not keeping the character.
You are not allowed to make any changes to the species information or lore.
Hybrids between rarities/types are not allowed unless the Kahv has an unseen mutation.
You can not create new rarities/types, mutations, or diseases, or make changes to the existing lists.
Hybrids between kahvmas and other species are not allowed.
You can not create subspecies or variants of kahvmas.
You can not create subspecies, variants, or hybrids of any of these species and claim them as a different species/your own species.
Redesigns are allowed as long as you get the character reapproved.
Kahvmas must have the same colors and patterns for their eyes, gem, and mist (visual guide).
You can get 1 free MYO/custom as a Founder to start off your Pack.
Your Founder MYO/custom expires once you have a Founder.
You can only use a MYO when you have an open slot in your Pack.
All MYOs must be approved by a Staff Member before they are official.
Regardless of the MYO type, you can use any non-rarity mutations you'd like.
You will need a Mutation Ticket in order to use any general or specific mutations.
Unseen mutations cannot be used by most, only Staff and Artists with permission.
Adopts can only be made by Staff Members, Artists, Guest Artists, and people who have Rights.
You can only get an adopt when you have an open slot in your Pack.
Founder Adopts are adopts anyone can get as long as they have an open slot in their Pack.
Normal Adopts are adopts only people who are Level 1+ can get. You must have an open slot in your Pack.
Adopts can only be sold/traded/gifted to other people in TCC.
Customs can only be made by Staff Members and people who have Rights.
New members/people who are at Level 0 can get 1 free MYO/custom as a Founder to start off your Pack.
Your Founder MYO/custom expires once you have a Founder.
You can only get a custom when you have an open slot in your Pack.
Customs can only be made for people in TCC.
You must have a Breeding Ticket in order to breed your Kahvmas.
You can either design the kits yourself or get an Artist/Guest Artist to do it.
Do not harass Artists/Guest Artists over their slots if you're looking to get someone else to design the kits for you.
Kahvmas have 5 breeding slots each.
You must wait 1 month before you can breed the same Kahvmas again (cooldown starts when kits are designed and approved).
Kahvmas can only breed with the opposite gender.
One breeding will result in 1-4 kits.
Rarity/type and mutations will be rolled for based on certain percentages.
Kahvmas are not allowed to breed with others from the same bloodlines. You must keep track of each of your kahvmas' bloodlines.
The minimum age a kavhmas can be is 51yrs, and the maximum age is 501yrs.
You may not breed Kahvmas obtained from past breedings unless they have already been grown and reapproved.
Kits can be grown 1 month after being designed and approved.
All kahvmas must be your own, or ones you have permission to use.
Rights can only be obtained from buying them, or as prizes from events, contests, and raffles.
Rights Holders can make anything within the permissions given to them by their Rights.
Rights Holders can make an unlimited amount of kahvmas as long as they have an open slot in their Pack.
Rights Holders can make an unlimited amount of adopts/customs.
Rights can be stripped from people for violating the rules.
You can resell, trade, and gift most shop items. Shop items can only be resold for what you paid for them (ex. if you purchase a Tikry MYO Ticket for 200 Gems it can only be resold for 200 Gems, if you got the Tikry MYO Ticket for a 50% discount it can only be resold for 100 Gems). Shop items that cannot be resold or traded are: Tikry Rights, Sivk Rights, Rih Rights, Quetil Rights, and Unlimited Rights. These items can be gifted, but only if you tell Staff and Archivists when purchasing the item.
Starter MYO/Custom Tickets cannot be sold, traded, or gifted.
Other currencies can only be converted to Alexandrite Gems at any of the official threads/channels/posts for the Shop. You cannot sell your Alexandrite Gems or trade them for things that aren't in the approved section of this list. You can gift your Alexandrite Gems to other users.

These rules are based on the world info/lore for TCC. These are not optional just because they're world/lore based and will be enforced.
Founders, 2nd-in-Commands, and Territory Heads must be at least young adults (51-200yrs.) – Founders, 2nd-in-Commands, and Territory Heads can be 48yrs. or older.
Healers must be at least teens (26-50yrs.) – Healers can be 26yrs. or older.
Members can be any age.
You can rename your ranks, add new ranks, or remove ranks as long as you still keep a list available to the public of your kahvmas in the system established ranks and follow any requirements (Founder, 2nd-in-Command, Territory Heads, Healers, and Members – and Rogues if you have any).
Kahvmas with Nychta Disease are not allowed in Aligned Packs.
Kahvmas with Nychta Disease are allowed to be Rogues or in Rogue Packs.
Kahvmas with Figurine Disorder are allowed in Aligned Packs.
Kahvmas with Figurine Disorder are allowed to be Rogues or in Rogue Packs.
These rules are specifically for Community Helpers. These do not apply to people who aren't a part of the Community Helpers.
People will only be promoted from Guest Artist to Artist if the terms of their time as a Guest Artist has been completed, Staff deems them fit for the position, and they want to be an Artist.
Artists can not enforce rules and make changes to the species/community.
Artists must complete at least one task a month. The task could be designing an adopt, helping with art for an event (assets, resources, prizes), or working on assets/resources for the species/community.
This can change based on the agreed upon individual terms and responsibilities of their position. For example, if an Artist will only do assets/resources and there are no available tasks in the task list, they can skip that month without penalty.
Artists are allowed to skip months as long as they notify Staff.
Multiple skips in a row can still result in penalties, and Artists who do not notify Staff of them skipping that month will get a penalty.
While someone is an Artist, they can:
Make an unlimited amount of adopts.
Take on event work tasks, if any pop up.
Take on asset and resource tasks.
Take on character design tasks not related to adopts.
Claim up to three tasks at a time.
Artists must ask for a task in order to be assigned it.
Artists cannot ask for tasks that have already been claimed.
Asking does not guarantee the Artist will get the task. There are some tasks I would prefer to be done by people with specific experience (ex. I would prefer that emblems and logos are done by people who have graphic design experience).
Artists can use the following:
Rarities/Types: Tikry, sivk, and rih
Mutations: Non-rarity, uncommon, rare, tikry specific, sivk specific, rih specific, and Figurine Disorder specific
Health: Healthy, Figurine Disorder
Artists cannot use the following:
Rarities/Types: Quetil
Mutations: Legendary, quetil specific, Nychta Disease specific, and unseen
Health: Nychta Disease
Artists can get permission from Staff to use different rarities/types, mutations, and diseases temporarily, depending on the reason.
Artists can not make customs.
When an Artist makes an adopt, it is up to them to handle selling/trading/giving away the character and anything that comes with that (ToS/rules for the adopt, advertising, etc.).
There may be exceptions for collaboration batches and events. In those cases, it may be handled by whoever is running the collab, or overseeing that part of the event.
In most cases, Artists keep 100% of any profit made off of any adopts they sell/trade.
There are sometimes exceptions, like adopts made for fundraisers/crowdfunding and adopts where the profits will be donated to nonprofits and/or charities. Artists are not required to do this and will not be pressured/shamed into doing this, it is their decision if they want to make adopts for these purposes or not. Typically, if an Artist makes an adopt for one of these situations, the Staff will find other ways to compensate them for their time and effort.
If an Artist wants to make any changes to their agreed upon individual terms and responsibilities, they will need to talk to Staff about it.
This includes things like pay changes, and more.
Artists will receive payment. How an Artist is paid and how often they are paid will vary based on what is agreed upon in their individual terms and responsibilities.
These penalties are different from and separate from the ones received for breaking the general community rules, general and specific species rules, NSFW content rules, design rules, and rights holder rules. These just impact if an Artist can continue being an Artist, not what they will be able to do in the species and community.
Artists can receive a penalty for:
Skipping a month without notifying Staff.
Skipping three months in a row.
Skipping over half of the year (seven or more months).
Taking on time sensitive tasks, and failing to deliver the art within the given time frame.
Artists with two penalties will not be able to take on time sensitive tasks.
Artists with three penalties will not be able to take on time sensitive tasks, and cannot take on more than one task at a time.
Artists with four penalties will no longer be Artists. They will be stripped of their status and cannot retry for any Community Helper positions for a year (365 days).
People will only be promoted from Guest Artist to Artist if the terms of their time as a Guest Artist has been completed, Staff deems them fit for the position, and they want to be an Artist.
Guest Artists can not enforce rules and make changes to the species/community.
Guest Artists typically work for two or three months, but this may be shorter depending on what is agreed upon.
Once their time is up, they can either try to move on to being an Artist, or reapply for a Guest Artist position.
While someone is a Guest Artist, they can:
Make up to five adopts as a Guest Artist.
Take on event work tasks, if any pop up.
Take on asset and resource tasks.
Claim up to two tasks at a time.
Guest Artists must ask for a task in order to be assigned it.
Guest Artists cannot ask for tasks that have already been claimed.
Asking does not guarantee the Guest Artist will get the task. There are some tasks I would prefer to be done by people with specific experience (ex. I would prefer that emblems and logos are done by people who have graphic design experience).

Guest Artists can not make customs.
When a Guest Artist makes an adopt, it is up to them to handle selling/trading/giving away the character and anything that comes with that (ToS/rules for the adopt, advertising, etc.).
There may be exceptions for collaboration batches and events. In those cases, it may be handled by whoever is running the collab, or overseeing that part of the event.
In most cases, Guest Artists keep 100% of any profit made off of any adopts they sell/trade.
There are sometimes exceptions, like adopts made for fundraisers/crowdfunding and adopts where the profits will be donated to nonprofits and/or charities. Guest Artists will receive payment at the end of their two/three months. How a Guest Artist is paid will vary based on what is agreed upon in their individual terms and responsibilities.
Payment will be withheld/refused if a Guest Artist does not finish any tasks or adopts during their time.
Guest Artists will not receive penalties in the same way Artists do, but their actions during their time will have an effect on if they can be an Artist or be a Guest Artist again in the future.
Species Helpers can not enforce rules and make changes to the community.
Species Helpers can not make changes to the species on their own, all changes must go through an approval process.
Species Helpers must complete at least one task a month, engage in at least one discussion about species info/lore changes a month, or make at least one suggestion a month.
This can change based on the agreed upon individual terms and responsibilities of their position.
Species Helpers are allowed to skip months as long as they notify Staff.
Multiple skips in a row can still result in penalties, and Species Helpers who do not notify Staff of them skipping that month will get a penalty.
While someone is a Species Helper, they can:
Take on event work tasks, if any pop up.
Take on asset and resource tasks.
Claim up to three tasks at a time.
Make suggestions for possible additions, changes, and updates to the species info/lore.
Species Helpers must ask for a task in order to be assigned it.
Species Helpers cannot ask for tasks that have already been claimed.
Asking does not guarantee the Species Helper will get the task.
If a Species Helper wants to make any changes to their agreed upon individual terms and responsibilities, they will need to talk to Staff about it.
This includes things like pay changes, and more.
Species Helpers will receive payment. How a Species Helper is paid and how often they are paid will vary based on what is agreed upon in their individual terms and responsibilities.
Species Helpers go through a trial period, to gauge if the applicant is a good fit for the position.
The trial period is typically two or three months, but it may be shorter depending on what is agreed upon.
While someone is in the trial period, they can:
Take on asset and resource tasks.
Claim up to two tasks at a time.
Make suggestions for possible additions, changes, and updates to the species info/lore.
These penalties are different from and separate from the ones received for breaking the general community rules, general and specific species rules, NSFW content rules, design rules, and rights holder rules.
