The Blow-ins - husband and wife Phil Bennett and Bridget Cousins - are based in Scarborough and make gentle acoustic music with Celtic harp, guitar and voices. We are known for original, high-quality work; our eclectic mix of old and new folk songs and mesmerising harp /guitar duets has been heard by a rapidly growing number of appreciative festival and folk club audiences across the country. In July 2024 we won the coveted Great North Folk Festival songwriting award for our song 'The Hounds of Heaven'.
