Searching for the "right" postdoc

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated scientist to join our research group as a postdoctoral fellow. The candidate will investigate the role of hippocampal plasticity and activity in the formation of memories under stress in mice. Using cutting-edge optical imaging, in combination with genetic and behavioral techniques the candidate will investigate neural population activity and structural plasticity at subcellular and cellular level. Funding will start at the end of 2016 / beginning of 2017 and will run for at least three years with a possible extension. The payment and benefits are based on the German TVöD guidelines.
