This project exists as the imagining of the ideal version of Team Fortress 2. It is meant to be taken as a whole, however, many of its individual changes could be implemented straight to the current game without relying on others present within. It is a result of more than a hundred hours of work, careful deliberation and calculation by two experienced players with a sum of 7266 hours at the time of the last update.
One day, we simply decided to agreggate our grievances, hence; this. We tried to look at all perspectives and take into account all interactions that would naturally arise. It is our passion for the core game that is the main driver for this personal project, and we ask that at least that be granted.

We consulted the TF2 wiki and other up-to-date relevant online material as the reference for our changes. We then drew from past experiences and many discussions while using math to be mindful of any thresholds or damage scaling quirks that might arise, imagining how different interactions might play out and the feelings present in all parties involved. In the pursuit of that, we used desmos as a graphing tool.
Principles of fairness in service of fun and the resulting commoditized fun were kept and employed through tweaks, shake-ups, reworks and removals of various gameplay and non-gameplay related elements with the chief goal being improving the game through an unbiased lens.

> Brought back the soda popper: Changed "-66% clip size to" enemies to "-50% clip size". Reduced the first reload from 0.7 to 0.5 seconds. Reduced consecutive reloads from 0.5 to 0.3 seconds. Hype bar broken into 4: Each quarter bar gives two jumps, each is activated individually and each drains after 5 seconds upon activation and/or after midair jumps. Changed the model to detangle it from the now excluded force-a-nature.
> Brought back the back scatter: Removed +20% less accurate. Changed mini-crits to the target's back to +75% damage to the target's back. Changed -34% clip size penalty to -25% damage penalty. Removed no random critical hits.
> Brought back the sandman: Changed -15 max health on wearer to a -30% damage penalty. Slow replaced with marked for death for 8 seconds. The moonshot mechanic now does a fixed 80 damage.
