History

T-WiNS: Terengganu Windsurfing & Sailing, base at Duyong Marina & Resorts as main training center for Terengganu Development program. Provide you with Terengganu windsurfing and sailing info & activities

This training center was started on January 2011 and declared by state government of Terengganu as State Training Center for sailing development under the Terengganu Sports Council MSNT.

Recently during pandemic on 2020 we started to have other additional training center at Tg Gelam beach, Kuala Nerus as 2nd base for more challenging training for wave condition

Who we are

Was the center for windsurfing & sailing excellency in Terengganu

The sailing activities was running under the auspices of

Terengganu Sailing Association- TSA (affiliated to Malaysian Sailing Association-MSA) and
Terengganu Windsurfing Sailing Associations-TWSA (affiliated to Malaysian Windsurfing Association - MWSA)

collaboration with Majlis Sukan Negeri Terengganu-MSNT and also with University Malaysia of Terengganu-UMT.

We do a promoting and development of windsurfing and sailing program under the Terengganu Sailing Development Program and also provide a sailing activities to the public beside of development program to give an experience of sailing for all under My Try Layar activities -
Means every body with or without sailing experience can joint and experience sailing and windsurfing

We have windsurfing board and small dinghies from Optimist, Laser (Standard, Radial, 4,7), Int. 420, to big Keel Boat (under UMT Sailing Training Centre)
The activities was handled by 7 experienced coaches
