Due to a falling out with members on teamspeak the community has split between 2 teamspeak servers.
As teamspeak doesn't have good controls for moderating players effectively it came to the point where seperate servers were created. Our steam community has been neutral common ground with people having the option to block people from their friends list if they so choose._______________________
The arguement was between people entering channels meming, to disagreements on being anti-social as groups were going off playing long games without taking part in group discussion.
I am personally quite happy to use Discord or Steam Group chat system as it works good enough without any issues but there are disagreements as Teamspeak has typically had very good audio codecs; meaning your audio doesn't get garballed when you begin to lagg.
Originally on teamspeak everybody had full admin rights, but over time that got abused and so it was decided then that nobody would have rights so as to prevent abuse, but once again people found loopholes as teamspeak wasn't designed to the structure our community typically works.
