Tia Jennings, Baltimore County Public Library

Tia is a Youth and Family Engagement Specialist at Baltimore County Public Library with a focus on system wide teen programming. She is a Registered Drama Therapist with a master's in counseling psychology and Bachelors in theater arts. Tia advocates for diverse and inclusive programming that incorporates elements of the arts, mental health, and community engagement with a whole person approach.
