Meet the Panelists

Tyler Chadwell-English (he/him), Teen Services Librarian, Frederick County Public Libraries

Tyler is a Teen Services Librarian for the Urbana Regional Library branch of Frederick County Public Libraries. He has a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Folklore from George Mason University. Tyler, uses his broader understanding of cultural folkways to advocate for space for teens in his library system. With a strong attention to diversity and inclusion he strives to imbue his knowledge of intercultural connections to bring diverse experiences that represent folks from across the county.

Erin Hanratty (she/her), Library Associate, Anne Arundel County Public Library

Erin is a Library Associate at the Severn branch of the Anne Arundel County Public Library. She is a programmer for all ages and uses her theatre background to create engaging storytimes for babies and preschoolers. She also serves as Severn's Branch Collection Coordinator and works to maintain a diverse collection that is responsive to the community's needs and interests.

Angie Knight (she/her/hers), Children's Services Supervisor, Carroll County Public Library

I started my career as a fourth grade teacher for 10 years then became a children's librarian. I have been working with children and teens in the public library for over 10 years. I have 3 teen aged children, 3 cats, 2 dogs, 2 bunnies, chickens, a turtle, and a ferret that keep me very busy. I enjoy spending time outdoors near the water.

Dolores Schuyler (she/her/hers), LA2, Carroll County Public Library

I have worked for Carroll County Public Library for 22 years. I read a lot and love doing Reader's Advisory for all ages--and creating programs. I have two sons, two adorable bunnies, and one (slightly spoiled) granddaughter.
