Hi! My name is Karlo Rodriguez (He/Him/His). I am a current student at the University of Washington Bothell & Green River Community College, majoring in a B.A. in Educational Studies with a minor in Child & Youth Development, and an AAS-T in Information Technology (Networking & Cybersecurity). I have over 3-years of experience teaching technology education to youth & adults. I create my own curriculum and have taught/tutored JavaScript when I was in high school all the way through college. I am certified as a Google IT Support Professional and am a Microsoft Technical Associate for HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. I also am certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist for Excel 2016. I worked with various organizations as a consultant/designer for web design, and have worked in I.T. support, afterschool programs, and teaching positions.
I have created these programs to provide a way for the community to learn computer science and computer literacy. I also created these programs to provide a way for me to learn how to teach and go further in my program for Educational Studies.
I will be your wonderful instructor for JavaScript Programming 101, Web Design 101, and Computer Literacy!
