Guests will enter the attraction through "Gates' Antiques", where the majority of the queue will be held. In this area, held entirely beneath select areas of Disney' Metropolitan Resort, guests weave through cases of dusty artifacts and collectibles, almost all of which look like they haven't been touched in decades.

While nearly imperceptible to guests due to an incredibly small angle of elevation, the entire queue is actually slowly taking them up a ramp, until they are approximately 3 ft above ground level by the time they reach the area where guests go behind the clerk's counter and into the 'back of house' area (this is also where the queue merges with fastpass). This area quickly leads to a back alley, where guests are greeted by the back entrance of trinity church. Due to being so close to the building, not much of the church's facade is visible, but one oddity that guests will notice is that, instead of going up the main steps, they go down a (now visibly steep to the point that ADA allows it) ramp "under" the Church (reality back to ground level). Here, guests will be grouped in a dimly lit stone corridor in 18 rows of 4. These rows will lead into the iconic Treasure Room from the end of the National Treasure film. 9 rows will be on one side of a large pile of treasure, while the other 9 will be on the other side (not visible from one another).

Here, guests will see Ben, Abigail, and Riley (as presented through musion technology) explain the purpose of the attraction:

Ben: "Welcome in everyone. I'll cut right to the chase..."

Riley: "What you aren't going to welcome them or introduce us?"

Ben: "Fine. Welcome to the treasure we already found. I'm Benjamin Franklin Gates, and these are my *ahem* associates Abigail and Ben"

Abigail: "*scoffs* associates"

Ben: "Not now. Anyways, the last time we were here, we intentionally misled a former friend into thinking that the next clue to finding this treasure was found at the Old North Church in Boston, where Paul Revere worked with the lanterns to warn of the British invasion. Well, turns out we weren't entirely wrong... there is a clue there. A big one. We need to get there and get it first, which is why we'll be using a set of emergency evacuation trains made for government officials across the Northeast. Don't worry, it moves fast enough to the point where our trip to Boston will be a matter of seconds. Once we get there follow my lead and the lead of..."

Jesse/Taylor (Depends on which side of the treasure pile guests are on. Portrayed by a live CM): "Me! Hi guys, I'm Jesse/Taylor. The newest research assistant here and..."

Ben: "Alright, thank you. You all will pose as a tour group to hopefully distract the people at the church enough to where I can get in, grab the lantern, and get out. We'll let you know what to do from there. Sound good? Well, get a move on."

Doors then open to the opposite side from which the guests entered, leading them to a pair of three car vehicles (three rows per car) that they will board, with their guides at the front of each vehicle (facing forward for safety). These vehicles were inspired by the subway systems found underneath the US Capitol, with the exception that these vehicles will not have plastic/glass windows, and they will have form fitting vest style, over the shoulder restraints (think Manta at SeaWorld, but as though people remained seated the entire time). This was done for safety during select maneuvers of the attraction and for increased visibility compared to traditional OTSR's.

Guests depart the station in their vehicles to encounter an animatronic Riley standing at a track switch. He wishes them well on their journey:

"Hey guys, I'm hanging back, but I'll be running all of your tech, navigation, etc. to make sure you get there as quick as possible. Ben and Abigail are already loaded up and on their way, you guys better get a move on. Oh here *moves track switch sending second train onto a separate track* that way you won't run into each other."

Your guide thanks them as you move into a long, straight tunnel where projections make it appear as though your vehicle is moving incredibly fast when in reality it's crawling. On one screen, a car holding Ben and Abigail pulls up besides you as Ben says.

"Alright everyone. Remember, you are only here to distract security. This is just a normal train trip with no worries. It's like we aren't even in there."

Abigail pipes up.

"This should hopefully be easy, but these things almost never are. Ian already stole the lantern from the Concord Museum, and he knows that he has to try to hang it from the Old North Church to figure out where to go next. While you guys wait out front, we'll intercept him inside to try and get the lantern. Oh, here's our stop. See you guys in a second"

As you pull up out of the train tunnel, you come around to a replica of the Old North church façade.

Noticeably, there are already two lanterns hanging down, which shine a light on the ground in front of the church that appear to resemble a torch. Your guide notices how oddly quiet it is, and comments

"This is oddly suspicious... why isn't anyone here, and why are the lanterns still here."

A window on the facade flings open reveling Ben, who calls out "Something's not right. I think we were too late. Why would we be sent here if... [Ben looks at the ground] wait a minute, we needed to go to a different kind of light. Abigail, grab the Lanterns, looks like we need to go to the Statue of Liberty. That still doesn't explain why Ian... [a siren wails behind the church as red and blue lights begin flashing] Its a set up! He's trying to get us arrested by the feds for his theft so we aren't on his trail! Get those trains out of here, now. Meet me at the New York Waterfront.

Your guide quickly says "Let's Go!" as you speed away up a hill and swerve around several FBI vehicles.

You approach a large bridge entrenched in fog that you begin to ascend.

Suddenly a familiar voice is heard:

"Now where do you think you're all going" Exclaims Ian standing next to another track switch.

"Ian, why are you..." exclaims the guides.

"I'm here so that you can't get to the treasure first, and if that means a couple of fake tourist have to go into the Charles, so be it. "

Ian pulls a lever and the train on the right track begins to inch forward on a quick turn to the right, hanging over the edge of an 80 degree, 55 ft drop into darkness. The train fully goes over the edge, where it is held for a few seconds, akin to a B&M dive Coaster, before released as Ian says "Goodbye."

Meanwhile, the guide of the train on the left track says

"We're out of here"

as Ian says

"Don't forget, this isn't the UK. You can't be on the left side track."

Ignoring him, the train charges forward, just as another train appears right in front of guests, forcing the train to similarly veer off the bridge into a steep drop. Now, both trains wind through a series of sewers at high speeds as Riley comes over the intercom,

"It's okay, I'm getting you guys on the right track. Next stop, Manhattan."

The trains suddenly become side by side once again as they reenter a speed tunnel like the one from the start of the attraction. This time they reemerge on a scenic New York waterfront overlooking a model of the statue of Liberty.

Ben comes over the intercom

"Watch the Torch. Abigail is about to put the lanterns in there, and that should show us where to go."

Suddenly, the Statue of Liberty's Torch emits a beam of light that goes above guests heads. When looking to the other side of the vehicle, guests will notice that the beam of light hits the top of the iconic Empire State Building. Your guide exclaims,

"The Empire State Building, of course. Let's Go!"

The vehicle suddenly jerks into motion, as a train holding Ian pulls up next to you on a screen. He taunts "don't lose your way" as your ride vehicle jolts left and right through a series of track switches. Riley says

"He hacked the track switches. Hold on, let's see what happens if I fight fire with firewalls."

Suddenly your ride vehicle normalizes just in time for a small drop, that swerves past a screen, where Ian is seen getting derailed by a track switch. Your guide says

"Welcome to the Empire State Building"

where you enter a dark room. Suddenly, an animatronic ben shows up holding the lantern and says,

"Now let's try this"

illuminating the lantern and with it, a room full of treasure. Here the guide ad libs and is thanked by Ben, who tells everyone to

"Get home safely. You've done a great service for the country."

Guests then exit the room through a quick tunnel, where they get one final send off from riley as they pull into unload, where they follow a "Tunnel" out to a Subway exit on the main, New York Street.
