Minimum Step Number
This goal is self-explanatory and related to user navigation. The more steps are required to start from one part to end at another part, the more time required for a user to master the usage. If so, fewer users will utilize StreetSmart. In other words, the simpler the better.
Wider Range of User Groups
One way to prosper StreetSmart is aiming for a wider range of users. In order to achieve that, simplicity is key, once again. However, additional features like customization of colors and outline of buttons. The ultimate goal is having StreetSmart as something useful to all social groups regardless of age, gender, etc.
User Satisfaction in All Aspects
The most straightforward way to achieve this goal is designing creative features. However, other factors are important as well. StreetSmart must be unique in order to survive in the industry. Additionally, safety was one of the issues brought up frequently. In order to prevent safety issues, multiple methods such as adding questions that measure a user's mental state or adapting an in-app credit system are available. Interactions amongst users is another key component contributing to the success of the app.
