Team 20505, collaborated with Non-Profit Organization, AfricActive, an organization who's dedicated themselves to share resources (such as food) and provide assistance to low-income families. Specifically, the team helped give and prepare food to give to families. Our team believes in CONSISTENCY therefore, instead of just a singular food drive, the Astrobots have gone to multiple food drives in an effort to aid as many families as possible. In total, we helped around 300+ families!
Impact
We were able to help AfricActive share their resources in the multiple food drives we have participated in. As a team, we are not just focused about building robots; we are focused on making sure the people around us have sustainable resources.
