Playvox

Playvox is one of your main channels of communication. In this tool you can:

Team Chat Room: Gives you the ability to create a chat room with your entire team for real time assistance/feedback.

Announcements: Allows you to send announcements to your entire team at once as a pop up along with providing you read receipts. This also stays in the users inbox if needed in the future.

To send an announcement:

1. Click on the Megaphone in the upper right hand corner

2. Click on "New"

3. For a mass announcement to your team select the "To" and find your team name

4. If you want to send to specific people, select "Send Private Announcement" and add the names of the people you wish to send to.

5. Enter a subject line

6. Under "Type" you can select "Conversation" if you want the option for the SA to write you back, or "Notification" if you do not want them to have the ability to write back.

7. Enter what you want to write them.

8. If you want to add a screen shot or picture, save it to your desktop then drag and drop it in the body of the "Message" section.
